Defining Purchase Order Generation Form

The Purchase Order Generation form is a utility provided that allows you to create multiple purchase orders at the same time. Criteria ranges are set, the grid refreshed with the items that are being recommended for re-order and changes can be made to quantities and costs. When complete, the form is activated and purchase orders are created. Each order then needs to be reviewed, perhaps comment lines and non inventory items added, delivery details checked and then each order is committed
